Join our team

Good care starts with good people. We're building a team worth being part of.

PSWs are the backbone of home care. At Verdant, we're committed to building an environment that's safe, respectful, and mutually rewarding for everyone on the team.

We're a York Region home care agency built around the belief that great caregivers deserve the same care and consistency they give their clients. We're growing, and we're looking for people who genuinely care — about the work, about the people they serve, and about doing things right.

You'll always know your schedule — No last-minute surprises. We confirm shifts in advance and communicate any changes directly.

We do our best to make sure the fit is right — Before we place you with a client, we think about whether it's a good match for both of you.

We respond when you reach out — A real person, same day.

What working at Verdant looks like

  • A team that communicates and never leaves you guessing

  • Competitive hourly wage

  • Annual performance reviews with wage increases for caregivers who grow with us

  • Yearly bonus based on hours worked and your contribution to the team

  • A straightforward onboarding process with no surprises
